Meet the Trainer
Mark Tillison is the owner of Mark Tillison Believe & Achieve Personal Training. Mark is an ACE certified fitness professional that has been in the fitness business for over 15 years. Mark has been training for over 20 plus years for various sports, including football, basketball, track and bodybuilding. Fitness has been a passion of his for a long time and training others is a gift from God that makes every day going to work a pleasure.
Mark is a man of intense focus, desire, drive and energy. He uses common sense philosophy to fitness training for all levels of fitness, from athletes to weekend warriors, as well as corporate clients. Mark uses motivational techniques to help people attain the highest level of fitness they are capable of achieving.
Mark is a man of integrity. He lives his life as an example to others to follow because he follows Christ, the one who gave him the gift. He manages his life and Believe & Achieve Personal Training on the principles of faith.
